If requested, we may be able to provide a same day London pick up/drop off service depending on the availability of the item. Pick up would be from North London and would not incur any additional charges. For drop offs, charges may vary depending on location. UK SHIPPING

Shipping is free for all UK orders. For most orders, shipments will take 2-5 working days to arrive. Some orders can 6-14 working days to arrive due to the exclusivity and availability of the items sold. Little Laces ships all items from within the UK using tracked/signed for delivery services. We work with variety of couriers including DPD, UPS, DHL, Royal Mail and Parcel Force to ensure you get your parcel in a timely manner.

REPUBLIC OF IRELAND SHIPPING

Shipping to the Republic of Ireland costs £9.99 and usually takes 2-7 working days to arrive. EU SHIPPING

Shipping to the EU costs £19.99 and usually takes 2-14 working days to arrive. The price for international shipments is £24.99 and usually takes 2-14 working days to arrive. IMPORT CHARGES

Little Laces ships all items from within the UK - we are not held liable for any import fees that may occur for delivery to addresses outside of the UK. It is your duty to pay the charge, and we will not be held responsible for any packages that are lost/destroyed/returned due to your negligence to make the payment. You will not be entitled to a refund or replacement.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL SHIPPING

It is your responsibility to collect or schedule redeliveries for packages that could not be delivered due to your unavailability or any other reason. We will not be held liable for any packages that are lost/destroyed/returned due to you not taking on this responsibility and you will not be entitled to a refund/replacement.
